Performance Features

1.Intense mixing movement, short mixing cycle and high efficiency.

2.The mixing arm performs planetary motion. When the vertical shaft rotates, it exerts composite actions such as shearing, extruding, kneading and turning on the materials for forced mixing, resulting in uniform mixture and high quality.

3.During the mixing process, the mixing arm performs both rotation and revolution. The overlapping operation trajectories intersect complexly, without any mixing dead ends or low-efficiency mixing areas.

4.There is no direct contact between concrete and the transmission part, so there is no wear and sealing problem at the main shaft end, completely solving the problem of slurry leakage.

5.The motor and reducer are externally installed, facilitating maintenance, upkeep and cleaning.

6.Flexible discharge position with multiple discharge doors available; fast discharge speed to avoid material sticking and accumulation.

7.Multiple speed transmission system configurations (configuration changes only involve adjustments to the reducer ratio and model, with consistent external interface dimensions) to flexibly adapt to different materials and working conditions.
