HWAH series heavy duty slurry pumps are specially designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive, dense slurries in processes from hydrocyclone feed to flotation and tailings in minerals processing plants.
This series duty slurry pump adopts double shell structure, Double-pump casing-structure is safe and low cost. And its outside pump casing bears pressure, the inside pump casing bears wear and abrasion. Meanwhile, double-pump casing structure can save cost and make easy maintain by just changing the worn internal parts.
The wet parts can be high-abrasion and wear chrome iron, rubber or ceremic which prolong the service life and more stable.

These high-pressure centrifugal pumps are available with a variety of impellers and shaft seals. The wetted pump end (volute liner, throatbush, frame plate liner insert , impeller ) could be made of high chrome alloy and rubber to meet different application requirements.
Structural features:
1. Horizontal double-shell axial suction centrifugal slurry pump, ductile iron fully lined casing provides durability, strength, safety, and long service life.
2. The pump outlet can be positioned into 8 directions at an interval of 45°according to different requirements.
3. Grease or oil lubrication bearing assembly options.
4. The metal lining and rubber lining of the wet ends can be interchanged.
Compared to HWAH series, HWHH pump is particularly fit for high-density slurry applications with a more higher pressure.
