HWN SERIES DREDGE PUMP

200HWN ~ 500HWN pump adopts single pump casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure. Two typical structures can be provided according to the connection method of the gear box, that is, the built-in bracket type and the pump gear box are integrated, and the bracket is provided. The lubrication method is grease lubrication or oil lubrication.

600HWN ~ 1200HWN, pumps adopt double pump casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure, built-in bracket, lubrication method is oil lubrication. 

HWN Series dredging pump has good performance as follows,

1. The cavitation performance is good, which ensures that the pump has a strong suction capacity, and at the same time, it can achieve greater digging depth and higher respirable concentration.

2. The width of the impeller flow channel is large, and the flow capacity is strong

3. The performance curve drops sharply, making the mud pump more adaptable to changes in displacement.

4. A variety of pump performances can be achieved by changing the speed of the pump or changing the diameter of the impeller.

HWN Series dredging pumps also have good abrasion resistance and long service life of over-current parts

1. Overflow parts such as impeller, sheath and liner are made of strong anti-wear alloy cast iron with a hardness of not less than 50HRC. While having strong impact resistance, they also have high abrasion resistance.

2. In the product design process, full consideration is given to the service life matching between parts. The replacement cycle of wear parts is basically the same, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
