HAF SERIES FROTH PUMP

HAF Series Froth Pump is specially designed to handle heavy froth slurries during mineral processings such as flotation, thickening and tailings. It has obvious advantages in conveying slurries containing froth, which will solve the problem of difficult transportation of foamed slurry that has always been existing in the mineral processing application.

According to the structural characteristics, it can be classified as Vertical Froth Pump and Horizontal Froth Pump.

Our HWAF Series Froth Pump improve the mineral froth with high froth volume, and the pump maintain high efficiency, long wear life and stable performance.

The Vertical froth pump is a double pump shell structure, and the flow parts are made of hard nickel, high chromium or rubber, and this pump do not use shaft seals, semi-open impeller designs with vanes on both sides or top side are suitable for pumping froth. The hopper feeding box is a steel plate structure, which can be lined according to the different conveying media, and the pump outlet position can be changed at 45 degree intervals.

This pump can effectively eliminate the foam in the slurry during operation and can work normally when the incoming material is insufficient. It is particularly suitable for various flotation process and idea product for conveying foam slurry.

Comparing verticle froth pump, horizontal slurry pumps used for mineral froth must be larger size than verticle pumps, so horizontal froth pump can handle larger flow rates of mineral froth.
